Stüssy offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the return authorization slip provided by the portal.
Ship Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Process Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
